DVC/Villa Lounge

On some pages I've seen pictures of "lounges" at the BWV and BCV.

Are these the same type of lounges seen on conceirge floors? Do they have the same food/beverages as the concierge levels?

There are lounge areas for relaxing at the DVC properties, but no food or drink is provided.
