DVC Transportation

I have a question regarding Disney Transportation. I will be letting my sister use some of my points to stay at OKW this spring. Because she is not a DVC member, will she be charged for using the disney transportation system or is she covered through my membership in DVC? Thanks.

Anyone staying on Disney property, and that would include your sister, can use Disney transportation free of charge.

The only exception is for Timeshare exchangers. Those staying at a DVC resort thru an II exchange do pay a transportation fee- even if they have passes. I think it's about $100 for a week. This is a source of complaint for many exchangers. (They are told about the charge beforehand, however.)

Guests staying at DVC resorts on points or cash have no additional transportation fee.
