DVC Tour - WDW or DL?

I will be visiting both WDW and DL in the next few months (WDW this month, and DL in June). I have been thinking about buying DVC (either AKL or BLT) but I've never been on a sales tour. Which location would be better to go on the sales tour? Are different incentives offered at WDW v. DL, in case I end up buying? I know there are some current promos that might end before I am at DL in June; would it be better to go ahead and take the DVC tour now in case the promos expire before I am at DL?

DLR has a model of Grand Cal Villas Only... WDW has BL and AKL. I would say do the WDW, but buy at DLR. The only difference is if you book at DLR you will get two free APs for WDW or DLR.

My wife and I got the WDW ones so we saved 800 on tickets for our next trip. The WDW passes dont expire so you can use them whenever you plan your first trip home.

Thanks for the clarification! We'll definitely try to do a tour this weekend then. We are not interested in buying at DL since we would be going to WDW a LOT more often, but interesting that they sometimes give APs....
