DVC system down

I just called MS and was told that the system is down but that they will be working till 7 pm tomorrow with extra staff to try to make up for it. I know tomorrow is the May 5th celebration day, but this is the 1st time I've ever heard we'll be working late tomorrow to make up for the system being down. Has anyone else heard of it?

No!!! And I think it's SUSPICIOUS!

I better get some kind of big announcement tomorrow or I'm going to be bummed! And I don't even know what I want the announcement to be, I just want it to be something exciting!!!!

dont they usually stay open until 6:30pm tomorrow(thursday) anyways, ms is only staying late by 30 mins. to make up a whole day that was lost i feel sorry for all those new members that wanted to make their first ressies & all the members that were doing a day by day ressies and all the other members that just got down figuring out their plans & were ready to call today to make those (holiday)ressies, like me

I must have called about 5 times today...we are trying to book a last minute get-away and finally decided to do it and then the systems are down!!! I think MS is open later on Thursdays so I don't think it is anything in lieu of them being down today. I just hope they are up tomorrow!

I was one of those unfortunate few trying to get on a waitlist for WVL during the holidays. It was tough in the am calling and getting the "call back in an hour" line each time. It wasn't until the afternoon that they finally gave up and said to call back tomorrow.

I guess it can happen with the best of computer systems.

Hopefully things will go better tomorrow!!!
