Makes me feel better. I just decided to log in for the first time since the maintenance and when I log in it asks me to create an account! I knew if I came on the boards I would be able to see if it was just me!

I have a feeling that the "planned downtime/offices closed" was a either a bust or just a decoy so all the DVC employees could take PTO that weekend.

Well this isn't new( Sarcasm).
What are we hoping to do when things start to work??? Booking - no problem, Modify - no problem, buy Deeply discounted DVC Member tickets online(chuckle, chuckle) - no problem, Paying dues and get some kind of refund on the taxes the day you pay - no problem. Dining reservations without any headaches - no problem.

There were some glitches this morning letting folks who should not be able to book riviera book rooms at that resort. (ie my SSR resale contract was letting me book Riviera which it has never done in the time I owned it).

My guess is IT had to turn off the site to fix whatever problem they created. Gotta love those magical enhancements!

One other thing that they "fixed," at least in my experience: waitlist requests still show up on your dashboard after they've been matched but haven't yet been processed. You used to be able to tell if your waitlist matched because it disappeared from that screen, but now you won't really know.

Just hope DVC didn't do an emergency rollback to the original site. Now that would be a hoot. Not that they would tell us if they did!

Yeah they must have rebooted the windows 95 pc that handles sign outs. It should be good for another week or two.
