So the last couple of days I have been trying to log onto MS and each time I go to do it, I see the Seven Dwarfs with the message that they are working on the problem. This is really getting annoying, my 7 month window is coming up really soon and I hope this gets resolved before then or I will be forced to call ME directly...not that this is a bad thing, but I would like to check availability and manage my points, etc before I call.....GRRRRR!!!! I believe the hurricane was to blame for a lot of problems last week but it seems like things should be back up and running this week. I was trying to book a vacation this weekend when it was going in and out and one of the dates/rooms I needed was available right before it went out and was gone by the time it came back up! This of course happened outside of member service hours so had to move on to plan B. Definitely frustrating.
