i was on hold for about 10 minutes, it rang again, asked if I wanted to take a survey, and hung up. ugh.

Call back later. Why does this happen so frequently? They can't get their stuff together. This event has been in the works for months.

Just got off the phone... They said the technical team hasn't loaded the event in the system... So they can't do any reservations..: to call back later.::?and the CM SAID THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN

Finished getting through. Booked for thurs 22nd. Event starts at 9:30 but told me we can enter as early as 7pm. Food and drinks provided, just couldnt say what.

All I get is a busy signal.
