We are from Northern Virginia. It's just the missus and me (no kids) but we love everything Disney. Always said I wouldn't do DVC unless my home resort could be the Fantasy. Welp, just bought direct at Riviera after spending some time there during our CBR stay last month. Not even the resale restrictions could dissuade us after seeing the rooms, roof top fireworks, and the Skyliner. In for 100 points, to kind of dip our toes in and see if DVC works for us. Hoping to book some runDisney trips.
