member services keeps hanging up on me.....
That’s what I was told initially but when I talked to DVC, the said they were being told no new tickets until late summer. I was furious. Our trip is in July. I hope you are right because that is what I was told initially too
I hung up - I have a meeting that starts in 15 minutes and at one point it did ask for me to enter my IOTA number!My fear would be that if it is only for travel agents you could sit on hold for awhile just to be turned away and waste time you could have been trying the right number.
Where do you go for this? I'm not seeing it under MDE Oh nevermind. Took me a second to digest what you said. Ugh.Well, online has opened for cash bookings for 2021 packages. They are allowed to add tickets, including the hopper option.
i have not heard or read about any getting to just add tickets yet as that is not an online option.

Sadly there has not been any really good communication on what phone number to call.While on the topic of what number to call, I called the (407) 939-5277 and finally got through the busy signal phase, and pressed 1 but then did not know what option to press, so it defaulted me to some queue that asked me how many times I have visited in last 5 years and then for my phone number. This is not the normal voice phone system message I have heard over the last few months so I too am concerned I am in some wrong queue. It did not tell me how long of a wait I had but siting at 50 minutes and counting. Not sure if i should just cut my losses and call 407-wdisney. Thoughts or suggestions anybody? Second phone is currently on hold with DVC

Right?! I don't understand this. But other people who don't have a reservation already are booking trips, buying tickets and making park reservations.If only there was an easier way to get tickets. Like...idk..online??? This is ridiculous
so if you had a reservation for 2021, she couldn't line tickets up for you?Got through on DVC line to member services and after a hold of 30 minutes talked to a cast member that was sadly no help. Gave me the same message we have heard for last few days. No 2020 ticket sales (my DVC BCV res if for July 2020) and no estimate of when they will open up sales other than "later this summer". If I had a 2021 I needed to call disney, she could not even help with a 2021 reservation (if I had one). Doesn't look good for my trip.

correct I had to call wdw directly to get tickets for 2021so if you had a reservation for 2021, she couldn't line tickets up for you?
