I'd prefer to stay at a DVC resort that has a theme park view, especially a view of the fireworks (once they're back). I haven't stayed at any DVC resorts yet.

Do any other DVC resorts besides Bay Lake Towers and the Polynesian have theme park views?

Thanks.

None that are actively bookable as such.

RIV has views towards Epcot, but not bookable. There are some views at VGC, but not bookable. Some units at VGF can see fireworks, but they're not a bookable category.

As mentioned, RIV has rooms that face the parks and can view fireworks, but you don’t book it that way.

Same with VGF and BWV. There are rooms that can view them, but not all so it’s luck of the draw,

The only rooms specified for it are BLT.

Realistically, the Poly bungalows and LV have reliable fireworks view, even though they are not designated as TPV.

Save those stupid 1st floor units, mind you. Still, 2/3 chance.

Grand Cal has some views, that's about it.
Agreed, the Grand Cal has some rooms with a view of Disney's California Adventure theme park and the nighttime 'World of Color' water show. The resort also offers a viewing deck, open to all DVC guests, for the WoC night time show.

Some of the pool view rooms would face the direction of the fireworks from Disneyland ... but the view is obstructed and rather limited.

I've been it the VGC twice with a room on the theme park side, but on low floors (2nd and 3rd) so I really just got a view of the trees and the top of the taller structures. It was still nice to hear the background music while drinking my morning coffee on the balcony, but I would say only the highest floors have a real view into the park. I've tried to request those, but no luck. I wouldn't book VGC with a hope of a theme park view, really slim chance.

I’ve had a theme park view at VGC. Honestly it was noisy. I’d rather have a pool view.

at the poly you can see the mk across the lake and go out to the beach to see the fireworks.
at the boardwalk, you can step out on the boardwalk and see the my fireworks, or walk over to the bridge to see some of the Epcot fireworks.

BW views usually have a view of the Epcot fireworks and Spaceship Earth, even some of the standard view rooms at BW will have some firework views and partial Epcot views. One year while in standard view room we could see the fireworks, top of Morocco and the hotair balloon in DS as well as the Skyliner, I thought it was a very good view.

Am I the only one NOT to be fan of a firework view? Disney night spectaculars are meant to be enjoyed in the parks, especially with the latest addition of projections. I've watched fireworks from the Poly, from a BW standard view room, from the TotW lounge, all experiences have been... meh.

I think they're a bit of a bonus, especially if you have little kids. It's nice to be able to watch them from the beach at Poly one or two nights, or from the balcony in Moorea, and be able to get the kids right. to. bed, no transport required save feet. While at Poly with my kids while younger, my younger was able to be asleep while my elder and my partner and I were able to view them from the balcony, along with the EWP. Definite bonus.

I think the "views of Epcot fireworks" from BCV and BWV are not good, even on that criteria. View is very marginal.

I agree that even the good views are not a primary way to take in a nighttime show, and doing them in the "right place" at least once is for the best.

Nothing like watching the fireworks from bed in a BWview room. Agreed that the best place to view the fireworks is at the park but if you have already done that it's a nice bonus to get to see the higher fireworks from the room. pixiedust:
