Hi All,

I hope I posted this in the right place. :)

We are thinking about buying into DVC at BLT. I have two boys who are Aspies, and would need a room on a lower floor. Can you make requests for lower floors through MS when you make reservations? I'm a little worried about being too high up in the tower with those lovely balconies.

TIA!

Karen

You can make a request such as lower floor, but it is only a request and not guaranteed. If it were a case of requiring an elevator, then that could be accommodated if it were a special needs basis through Special assistance.

Have you checked over on our DISabilities board? Many of the folks over there are DVC members and could give you some advice as well. Good luck!

Thank you for the suggestion! I posted there and have some positive replies. :)

I have found that when you make a request for medical reasons, Disney is very accommodating. Anytime that we have requested a first floor, we have received it.
