DVC Resales - Question on Brokerages

I have been hunting around the web for a number of different companies that specialize in DVC. I have come across one and want to ask about your experiences with them. I hope it is okay to ask this question here ...

I have seen lots of listings with International GMAC Properties Real Estate - what are your experiences, opinions, the reputation, etc. of this DVC resale company?

There have been alot of folks with good and bad experiences both with them. I'm sure if you search the forum for GMAC you'll find them
I've just started a contract with them, and hope I'm one of the happy ones

We used the Timeshare Store and I can't say enough good things about them.

The resale process is slow, but it isn't due to them. They have been on top of things from day one!

The communication from them has been excellent.

Give them a call and ask for Robert, but I'm sure they're all good!

I have been working with the Timeshare Store. They have been great - no doubt. But, I have seen a few listings with GMAC that are of interest. For some reason my search function isn't working ... so I thought I would ask before I jumped with them. Thanks for the insight.

Thanks everyone. Took a look at the thread ... seems like there are mixed thoughts on this one ... but I appreciate the insight.
