DVC Resales - Floor Price Limits

I'm considering purchasing at OKW. How can I find out what the floor limits are to avoid Disney exercising their first rights?

I don't believe there is a floor, but look through some past threads here, there have been some happy and sad stories.

I believe it may be around the $72 - $74 range (also depending on size and if any points are available for current year).
