DVC Resale - Waiver

This is my first DVC resale. The broker included the following in the notification. How long is the waiver really taking?

**PLEASE NOTE DISNEY IS TAKING SEVERAL WEEKS LONGER TO PROVIDE THE WAIVER, WE MUST HAVE THE WAIVER BEFORE CLOSING DOCUMENTS CAN BE PREPARED

Ours said the very same thing we put our offer in on 4/13 they sent it over to Disney on 4/16 and we were notified it passed rofr on 5/8

ROFR used to take a long time. Like 45 days. Nowadays its been going really fast. Check that ROFR thread up ahead. Has tons of data points.
