Love Andy Berry! I’m sure lots / all are great but he certainly is! Calls you on your birthday, sends you a holiday card, usually online in the evenings to answer questions / shoot the breeze. He’s their number one seller I believe - for a reason.

Jodi Gross (jodi@dvcresalemarket.com) was great to work with. We made an offer after 7:30 PM on a Monday night and had a response within minutes. We had an accepted offer within an hour.

Jodi was our agent as well and was great to deal with. From offer sent to offer accepted was less than 4 hours.

I sent our offer while at the VGF pool drinking a beer after just doing a tour there and at Poly, I might be been influenced my surroundings.

Overall, I've had really good experiences with Bonnie and Amy at https://www.fidelityrealestate.com/
& recently had the pleasure of speaking with Andy at https://www.dvcresalemarket.com/
He was very nice and professional, and we chatted about his kids living in my area, and he recommended a restaurant.
However, I was talking to him about the "Trade-Eligible" listings on their site, and was taken aback at the value they placed on my contract as a potential trade-in.
If I see a listing on their site that I'm interested in, I will ask for Andy.

+1 for Scotty! Let him know what resort we were interested in and what price range we were looking to buy and helped navigate negotiating on two different contracts to finally land a great deal at $158pp for VGF last year.
