DVC Renter Question ... combining ressies

My friend wishes to rent 200+ points for an upcoming DVC stay. I will be helping him find an owner or two over on the Rent/Trade board.

If there is not one owner with 200+ points available, and we have to make two separate contracts ... can I then combine the ressies in order to be guaranteed to be in the same room for all nights of the stay?

If I go through Owner 1 for the first 3 nights and get a confirmation number and then Owner 2 for the next 3 nights and get a 2nd confirmation number, could either owner combine the ressies for us?

Great. I'll make sure the owner is willing to do that before the transaction. As far as you know, can each call on their own schedule, or does it have to be a 3-way conference call? Thanks again.

I am pretty sure they can call when they want to. They just need to have all the info from both reservations.
