Please note the following changes to our Rent/Trade Board rules, effective September 1, 2014.
While we strongly believe it would be to your advantage to add a new post to your approved thread on a regular basis (some will do it daily), it is no longer a requirement. This would return your thread to the top of the board and let potential renters know it is still active. Without adding posts to your thread, it is possible that the thread could drop off the first page and not be easily noticed by potential renters.
All threads will be locked after one calendar month, after which you may submit a new thread if desired. A maximum of 6 threads year will be allowed for those who meet the posting requirements and those with the Gold rental plan. Those with the Premium rental plan will be allowed up to 8 threads per year.
Posters will be allowed one active thread per category ("Points for Rent/Trade", "Reservation for Rent", "Trade Offered", etc.). We ask that once transactions have been completed, the title is edited to add CLOSED as the first word in the title to minimize further contact from potential renters, but all threads will be locked after one month.
