I did the phone presentation 4 months before our trip. On Sunday we went to kiosk in MK to have the 3FPs we each got for that activated. While there the guy said it had been over 3 months so I could do in person- I'd get $100 gift card plus my DS20 would get one too plus a total of 3 more FPs for an 60-90 minutes of our time. We did this Monday. We got our additional FPs and each got $100 gift card. There are rides they can't be used on which include FOP, Frozen Na'vi etc.
We knew on Thursday we each had 2 remaining bug one wasn't there so in Epcot went to guest services. He found that one and said did you know you have 3 additional FPs! We of course didn't ... in the end we got 9 anytime FPs for DVC presentations. The phone one was about 3 calls and an hour. Personal tour was 90 minutes---
To us it was well worth it.
