Dvc points credited to account?

Hello everyone,
I had some questions regarding purchase of resale contract. I just bought a resale contract and it was added to my current contract but no points was added to the recent purchase. Do I need to do anything to get my points?

The points are added to the account a few days after the contract shows up on the website.

Disney Hawaii - just a bit more patience is all you need. As Caren90 posted, the contract is loaded into the system first and then the points show up a few days later.

It took 2 days for our points to show up for our resale. We had bought a 160 point SSR contract, with max points (points for prev year were all banked). When the points did show up, they weren't banked points, but we had 320 points in the current year (long since spent).

It was explained to us that two different groups handle the txn. One to add the contract and another to move the points.
