DVC point renters

Hi, I am new to this point renting thing. I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not a DVC point renter can book the Dining Plan when a reservation is made?

The Owner must book the dining plan for the renter.

Any stay at a DVC resort, booked on points or cash by an Owner can have the DDP added by the Owner for their guests or renters.
