DVC point rental question

Hi, Everyone greetings from a very wet U.K.
I hope you don't mind me asking this question here but I went onto the DVC boards and quite honestly didn't know where I could put this too , so I thought ahhh the podcast crew will help me...I hope
Of course we would love to have a Dvc who wouldn't but as much as we endevour to get to Florida every 2 years, with flights and everything else going up we just can't commit to something like that.
Anyway my question is if you rent points of dvc owners do you get the EMH for the duration of your stay?
Also what about Disney dining if we already have our park tickets left over from a past visit are we able to add the Dining? Sorry if I am posting on the wrong board but I thought you might be able to help me
Have just finally sussed out how to download you to my ipod so I do not have to sit at my computer I can now listen to you anywhere.

Hi Tracey ~
When you rent points you get all the benefits of being an onsite guest: EMH, Magical Express, Room charging privileges, etc. Also, you can add the dining plan without a ticket purchase...however the owner has to add it to the reservation for you, but you pay the cost associated with it directly to Disney upon check-in.
