I have been calling DVC all day @ 1-800-******** and it has been ringing bus. ANyone have an alternate number?
 
Didn't they start booking a new special cruise this morning? Maybe that is the reason for the busy signal.

There is another non-toll free number for MS, but I think it may connect to the same queue. Try 407-566-3800
 
I have been calling both numbers since this morning and still get on the busy signal. There must be something wrong with their phone lines.
 

Med cruises opened for booking this morning so expect it to be nuts all day. Wait times for the cruise line are over 2 hours and the CMs from DVC have been on hold with them for over an hour and a half in some cases people have said.
 
We've been on hold since just before 11AM and we're still holding to book a Med cruise. We have 2 of us on phones and neither has gotten through yet.
 
Wow. That explains a lot. I got through once today, and thought I hit the speaker button on the phone, and hung up by mistake. Guess I'll wait until things slow down to call back since I don't have an urgent need to reach them.
 
I spoke with my guide today and was told due to the cruise the wait is over 1.5 hours to speak to any MS.

Yikes! I must have gotten lucky then, I spoke with MS right away going through the automated menu. It did take me about 45 minutes of redialing to finally get something other than a busy signal. I got through twice, and the first time I was disconnected.
 
No wonder it took me from 8AM-1 PM Central to get through today. I thought people were trying to get their March ressies in this week.
