DVC "Perks"

Do guests at DVC resorts enjoy the same "perks" as the other Disney Hotels? Two that come to mind are transportation: do buses service those resorts, just like the others? And are you eligible for the Magic Express (or whatever it's called where they pick you up at the airport)? And if they do offer the Magic Express, would that still apply if you rented points rather than buy points?

Thanks! I am sure I'll have many more questions! I just got a book FedExed to me today from DVC. I'm still trying to decide if renting or buying would work best for us.

Oh, I just thought of another question: The points you buy are only good for a certain time-frame, right? What year do they expire? And, say I buy 200 points, I get 200 points every years until the date they expire?

About banking points? From what I've seen people only talk about banking points from one year, using current points and borrowing on the next year. So does that mean that you would lose your points if you don't use them within two years (you can't bank more than one year at a time?)

DVC resorts receive the same perks as all the other Disney hotels, including ME, dining plan, transportation, packages being sent to your hotel, etc. This applies to DVC renters as well. In addition, DVC members receive some special perks just for being DVC members.
