You're not alone. I had this same problem a few weeks ago, both when booking and when modifying. The booking was annoying because it meant the room vanished (I kept refreshing the search until it popped back up, coming off hold). I have gotten this error both on Chrome and on Safari. Just try again. At least with the modification, you won't lose your reservation, it will just stay as you originally had it.I was at the last split second of hitting the confirm button to modify our reservation when the system went down and the Dwarves popped up. Anyone have this problem? Even worse is MS was closed so I’m outta luck I guess.
I thought upgrading was supposed to fix problems, not create more? Guess they should test out the software before they install it to see if it works and can do everything they need it to do.I feel like it's happening more often as they"upgrade" their system.

SameI can't even sign on...just stuck looking at the pretty balloons telling me to "hold on". I tried incognito mode in two different browsers and got the same result. I don't need to do anything urgent, but it is still very frustrating.
