DVC NYC Cruise???

I just learned that the Disney Magic will be setting sail from NYC in late spring and summer of 2012...any idea if we can use our points? I heard they are doing 3 day cruises out to sea just to experience the ship, I would love to do that and would love it even more if we can use our points!

..and they are HIGH! My Sept 2012 crusice out of LA cost $3,300..points over 500..I will use cash

Yes, I was pricing the cruise from NYC as well. Much better to pay cash if you can swing it. Good luck! I hope you are able to make the cruise.

OHHH! That is exciting. I will have to go check it out. I would love to do a trial run with the kids before I go on a 7 day one.
