DVC MS is magical as usual

After hurricane Ivan distruption, our school district has announced today that our fall break has been cancelled.....down the drain was going our week of magic!!!!
Well, I called MS to cancel it, and they were able instead to change our ressie to next week, when our schools are still closed!!!
It sure was so nice what they did for us today, they went as far as banking to 2005, the difference in points for the two reservations, instead of putting them on holding!!
Can't thank DVC MS enough. My kids are going to
see Mickey after all.

Hi.

MS was outstanding over the course of Hurricane Jeanne when we were staying at VWL. Called several times and every time they were beyond helpful. Allowed us to move points around by relaxing the rules because of the storm. I didn't even have to ask. They offered. Excellent customer service.

That is great. It is stories like these that always make me feel like DVC was the right decision for us. Glad to hear they are going the extra mile for everyone.

I called a few days ago to see if I could get a long weekend in a studio (Oct 21-24 th-su) because the wife and I wanted to go down for the Funai PGA golf tournament and hit the F & W festival.

The rep looked but said nothing was available. He did say a lot of places were used for people who had Vero Beach reservations - plus with the Not so Scary Halloween / F & W / GOlf and other stuff - it is a pretty busy time. It was on a whim, so we were not bummed, and we would have had to borrow points. Sounds like there are others who need the vacation more than us.
