Happy Saturday! I purchased resale and was sent my membership number via email back in July. To-date, I have not received anything further from DVC. When I contacted account services, I was told to allow 45 days. Well, I'm past the 45 days so I called again. The rep stated 'Oh - you're a resale. You won't be receiving anything further from us.' I asked about the membership CARDS that should be provided for access to resort pools, discounts, etc. and was told not to expect anything. Is this accurate? I feel like a third rate member at this point. :-(
