DVC members who scrap...

Are you loving the new "Art of DVC" planner that came with the new vacation planner? I have so many ideas to use those in my scrapbooks. Have fun.

Haven't gotten ours yet. I will be on the lookout. I love to about OKW. It is so beautiful there. I hope there are tons of good ones of all the resorts. We have stayed at OKW, BW, and BVC. We would like to stay at SSR. Sometimes it's hard to get the pics like DVC does so anything will help.

Wow! I'm surprised no one else here got their stuff. We're usually the last ones to receive DVC mailings.

This is what is says on the 1st page:

"This keepsake calendar is comprised of exclusive artwork commissioned by Disney Vacation Club. The illustrations featured on the following pages have appeared in recent Member communications.

As you enjoy another year of magical memories, we hope that this colorful collection brightens each and every day!"

It defintely doesn't have enough room to use as a calendar, but when I first opened it, I thought it would be awesome for scrapbooks.

So where is everyone's "Home?" As you can tell from my screen name - mine's Beach Club Villas.

Our home resorts are BWV, VWL, BCV, SSR. DH just can't stop adding on.

I don't think we got one last year either! I save all the advertisements they send us, and most of them are good for scrapbooks.

We bought at VWL. DH likes it because it reminds him of our home in MN. We did a small add-on at BCV. I like it because it is so different from our home in MN!

We got ours yesterday, and I thought the same thing. I think I will definetly at least scan the illustrations and keep them on my computer to use for scrappping, even if I don't do something with the book!

Nothing here yet either (and we're also still holding our breath to see how much our dues go up next year, LOL!!!). We own at the beautiful VWL.

We haven't received ours either. We have two OKW contracts and one HH contract and I didn't get a planner last year either. Can anyone remember the last time they got a member newsletter by email? I haven't received one since June or July. I emailed them about it, and about not having received a planner last year, and they told me to check and make sure they had the correct email and regular mail address. I did and everything was correct...but still no emails and no planner. It's very frustrating!

By the way, are any of you planning on doing the Member Cruise next year? We still haven't decided and time is running out...it's almost Dec. 3rd!!!

We're planning on it. We went on the 2003 cruise but had to miss this year's due to baby and prior commitment the same weekend.

We went on the 2003 cruise but had to miss this year's due to baby and prior commitment the same weekend.

We have never done a Member Cruise but had planned to do it this year. We ended up not getting to go because our oldest daughter was graduating from college the day after the ship was to dock. I know it sounds weird to be graduating in Sept, but it was a two year, full-time radiology school that goes from Sept. to Sept. With the previous year's history of hurricanes, there was no way I was going to risk being stuck out at sea and not make it back for her graduation. We are hoping that we will get to go this year. I'm pretty points poor for 2006 right now, so I might have to go the cash route.

We haven't got ours in Indy yet...I keep expecting it any day! We own at SSR. I love their advertising, too, and keep it for scrapping.
