Nice Jim. Why the move?

My wife's medical specialist is in Florida and our quarterly week long visits were not sufficient to manage her condition. They also wanted her out of the cold (no time when the mean temperature is below 50; which is 24 weeks in Downingtown). So we discussed all of our options and decided a move made the most sense.
