DVC member website downtime

Hello, over the last week or so, I've encountered a lot more downtime and glitches on the member website. I've also been "randomly selected" for surveys (while signed in) five times. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? It's been down again tonight for the last 2-1/2 hours. We're trying to arrange a last minute trip, and this is really hampering our efforts!
 
Do you try a different web browser when that happens? I have found that since one of their last updates that Explorer tends to work best - usually when Chrome won't.

I've tried it on Microsoft Edge, Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. I've cleared the history multiple times. I've rebooted. I've also tried to sign in with the two accounts we have there (our direct purchases and our resale were assigned different accounts and sign in data, and I haven't combined them yet). Finally, I've tried the laptop and also a desktop. It's not my computer; it's their website.

Ok. Well, I've been on quite a bit in the past 1 1/2 weeks and haven't really had issues.
 

The site is in fact down at the moment, at least for the dashboard and searches. I managed to get the search page to pop up twice in the last 15 minutes, but each time it yields blank calendar pages.

Thanks for the feedback. That helps me know it's the site and not something with my carrier or connection.
 
I've encountered this issue several times over the past few months. Usually the 7 Dwarfs pop up and I have to close the browser and start over. I've been getting the survey a lot too.
