DVC member to stay at Vero beach?

Hi all! Just starting to read about this lovely resort...Vero Beach . It sounds like a nice change from the Disney World scene. Do you have to be a DVC member to stay here?

You don't have to be a DVC member to stay at the Vero Beach resort. Cash paying customers are always welcome. The restaraunts are always open to the public 7 days a week also.
