DVC site seems to be having problems. There's a new contest that when you click on it nothing happens and I haven't been able to check my vacation details all day. I sent them an email.

I just got on the site a little while ago with no problems at all.
I did register for the promotion too.

Had to use IE to enter the contest and the vacation details section is still unavailable on both Mozilla and IE

Interesting...?? I use IE as well, but when I click on the contest link it brings me back to the contest ad and I cannot enter.

Hi, I am still trying this MORNING to get on the VACATION DETAILS site and it is still "UNAVAILABLE". Anyone else had any LUCK?? I can see MY POINTS and from that I know my VACATION DETAILS have been changed!! Joan

I'm having the same problem - has been that way for 2 or 3 days now. To see your reservations go to My Vacation Points under My Membership, then click on View Activity Statement (instead of View Vacation Details, middle of page, under your member ID#), select your use year range to include the dates in question, click on GO and it will list your reservations. Hope this works for you!

Thanks, That DID WORK!! The way vacation details are listed here is just more difficult to read. But I bet this is what MS pulls up when we call! Joan

Glad that gave you the info you need. It is more difficult to read, but for now it seems to be the only way to check on reservations.

I followed that sequence and it still makes it rather confusing to read all the Vacation details - I sure hope they have this fixed soon - I would like to make some more plans.

For 2 days now, I have been unable to view our reservations. I do not have any waitlists pending, but I did make a change yesterday and want to be sure that the ressie still exits.. I was told so over the phone, but seeing is believing more strongly, and this I can't do.

Cannot view any details for the last several days no matter which browser I use. I have also tried from several different locations. Same results - "We're sorry.
The page you are trying to access is currently not available. "

Thursday morning now, I was able to book Magical Express for our October trip on line, but still not able to see vacation details, shucks.

It is working now just checked my vacation details after 3 days of not knowing. Still no waitlist luck.

I was able to get in as well.

It did take some work. A few times I brought up a screen that said my information was un-available. While waiting on line for MS, I tried again and the screen with my information came up.
