It's not just you, I can't get on either.

Page says
"We're sorry.

Haven't been able to get on all day. Never has been a problem.

Must be a hit or miss thing. I just tried & can get on... I've been there before when I couldn't....Sorry you can't. Sometimes I go totally out of hte interne t explorer & go back in....maybe that will work? Debbie

I just logged on 2 seconds ago without any problems. I also logged on earlier without difficulty. You might just want to try again and if it still doesn't work clear your cookies and reboot and try again.
