How are you doing? I have been thinking about you.. I hope you are doing well. Did you get your Palo dinner booked? I hope you got one! How is your rehab going? I hope everything is going well as I wish you the best!

Not much going on here - I do have my hummingbirds back! I hope to get my flowers out this week-end - but the Kentucky Derby is this week-end - so we will see. They are calling for some very nice weather this week-end. How is your weather? The pollen is terrible - I will be glad when that is done.

There are hummingbirds at the Rehab center! I love hummingbirds and kept a feeder in Ohio. I will put one up by our Cape may house and hope for the best! No one lived in Cape May full time, but when we were there, we tried but never saw a hummingbird at the feeder.

Tom booked our Palo Dinner, 6 PM on the second night of the cruise. He also watched the DVC Webcast on the Poly and thinks we will really like staying there before this cruise.

Bobbi, how is rehab going? I have finished my last orientation 'class'. I'll be orienting on the floor until the 2nd week of June I believe. I'm doing well hands on and loving that! Off this weekend as I have the Broad Street Run Sunday (largest 10 mile race in the US) in Philly. Due to work, I've not properly trained and it's going to be low 60's at the start of the race (way to hot at 8am) so I know it will be a rough race. Just keeping injury free is my goal. No major time goals this year.

Bobbi, I was (well if you can call it running). Lack of training due to working so many hours truly showed. I finished (that was my goal, so I'm ok with that). It was a bit warm for a 10miler though and I got burnt but that will fade quickly.

How's your rehabbing? How are you getting around? How's the pain. Been thinking of you and praying you have a easy recovery.

Congratulations on finishing!

Most days I do not have much pain, I get sore after PT and get iced, and I may take a pain med afterwards. The worst pain was I think on day 3. I am using a walker to walk and when I get up from a seating position to stand, I have less pain now than I did before the operation.

sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. We are in cabin number10650, 3 adults, and no allergies. We are very excited and cant wait for the cruise date to get here.

As a Gold Castaway Club member, I will be staying up late tomorrow night to try and book Palo for brunch. That is all we really want to do. We have linked our reservations with others so we'll have friends we know sitting together at dinner (and new friends we've made), so don't want to skip a night and truly LOVE Palo brunch!!!

Glad to hear your rehab is going so well and you are not having a lot of pain! Did you have a nice Mother's Day? I spent the day shopping with my DD. We also did lunch - it was nice as she is so busy with school and work I never see her and she lives with me!

Lynn, I did get Palo brunch for the second CC day (I really wanted the sea day but they were all gone and I was on right at midnight so guess all the concierge and platinum took those). That was really all I booked (reserved floats for both CC days as I love just laying in the water). I worked for Mothers Day, but thankfully day shift so I was home in the late afternoon. Had a cookout with the grandkids here and then birthday cake afterwards (my bday was Friday). It sounds like you had a good Mothers Day too.

Over the years, Tom & I have mostly been the ones to travel to sons for celebrations, so this year, since travel was out, we connected with phone calls. It was a good Mother's Day. My sister and Bill came over for a cook out dinner and we had some Graeter's ice cream from Cincinnati as a special treat for dessert. Tom had it shipped to us with dry ice, it arrived safely and was delicious.

Has there been any talk about "official" tees for the cruise? We are interested.

Happy belated birthday, Pat! Our older son's birthday was on Saturday. I spent that Mother's Day in the hospital in 1974. I think I spent 5 nights then after his birth. Things have changed.

PT stretching gives me pain. This part is harder than what was before. Still, I am getting around outside using a walker. I will be putting out my hummingbird feeder later, just boiled the food.

Bobbi, there has been talk about group shirts. Someone who was on last years MC said they had them made and people ordered from this one gal. I will see if I can send you the info.

I'll check out what you say about the shirts. I am also interested in an Official DVC MC shirt. We have a few DCL cruises booked and we enjoying wearing our cruising shirts on cruises!
