We are getting close to the 100 day mark! Anyone else excited? How are you counting down the days?

Cruising is my favorite kind of vacation, we have been on 2 DCL cruises already this year. The 6 months between our February cruise and the upcoming MC seem like an eternity! However, I am doing rehab for my bilateral knee replacement. My sister made me this painting, and I concentrate on the gold, and work towards the goal of being able to walk.

April, I have a countdown on my phone so I get a happy face each day when it ticks off another day. Of course I don't have little ones. When we did, we did the paper chain and took off a link for each day leading up to vacation.

I printed a cute countdown from pinterest, and have it laminated w magnetic paper on my fridge. It could be dry-erase, but I used post-it notes stamped with decending numbers and date.
I am planning a countdown for my youngest to use during our trip so he knows how long until we are home again. I hope it will make it easier on the grandparents.

For the Candy Exchange, we give candy, snacks of regional, or local interest. Usually folks give a small history of the treats that they print from the Internet. So far we have enough participation for 3 groups! It is fun to come back to your cabin and see what treats have been left for you. I try to keep the cabins in the groups in a general area.

Another way that I pass the time till our next Member Cruise. When we go to WDW, I love to take the animator's class and on the Member Cruise there usually are many opportunities to participate in drawing class. Often the folks leading the class raffle off their creations. Last year my friend who joined me won Jiminy Cricket, and I won

Awesome! This is our first Disney cruise and I'm sure it will not be the last. The entire family is looking forward to it.
