My son for a class project has to do a project on a company, its management, assets, history and how he would improve it. He wants to do DVC since we own DVC. We are having trouble finding list of management. President of DVC, VP, etc and is there a person in charge of each DVC property like BCV ( where we own).

Pretty sure DISboards has a policy against sharing personal emails of Disney cast members due to spam.

You can google and pretty much find what you are looking for as to the main DVC management team. Ken Potrock is President of DVC.

Yes each resort has a General Manager.

Disney doesn't really publish their employee info other than it's major executives names. DVC is just a small division and the resort GM's don't work for DVC, they are in the parks and resorts division.

Karl Holz is president of New Vacation Operations and Disney Cruise Line. He leads several key growth businesses for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. In this role, he oversees Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney, Disneyland Paris and Aulani.

Very unlikely you will find a list of GMs for the resorts. As Bill said they work for the Resort Division and they change so often that even if you found a name, it might be different soon.

In my experience, it is better to contact the CEO of a big company. They will have a staff to handle customer complaints. They will contact the relevant executives several levels down in the organization for a resolution, and then get back to you.
