DVC Maintenance Fees?

This is probably a basic question, but one I would like to know. When you buy into the DVC, what kind of maintenance costs are associated with it? Thanks!

its around $4 per point per year right now and they go up 2 to 4 percent each year.

We end up paying about $850 a year for about 9 days of accommodations in a 1 BR villa in February.

I know that SSR is $3.98 per point and BWV is $4.69. HH and VB tend to be higher and VWL and BCV are around the BWV per point charge.

The average annual dues increase across all of the resorts since OKW first opened is 3.4% per year. Looking at just the last 5 years, annual increases have averaged just over 5% per year.
