DVC Guide is GONE.....

I called my guide today and got a DVC msg to call membership services for information on DVC. .. I called members services and they said my guide must have left because I don't have a guide assigned to my name anymore. Does anyone know what happen to Gregg Coots???? Who is a good guide to switch to??? I have two referrals that I have not received a gift voucher.

Is Maryland a state that allows the referral gifts? If so, I would contact DVC and simply ask whoever answers the phone about your gifts. If you need a guide, I'm sure they will assign you one right away.

Your guide, Mr. Coots, apparently has left the organization for some reason...personal perhaps, and it probably wouldn't be proper to address those reasons, whatever they are, in the forums.

We LOVE ours. . .Ron Brumbaugh. . .he has been with DVC from the beginning,
knows all the ins and outs, and is always accurate with any new information. He is also excellent about returning calls promptly! Of course, I do not know how DVC's system works, but if you can request, he's a great one!!

that is very strange because DVC will generally give you a new guide.

I like mind, Judy Kaufman, she has been around a long time. Is a very nice person and excellent guide.

Ron's our guide, too! He is such a nice man! He does return calls promptly, and sends post cards to let you know about new promotions, just in case you might want to add-on. I agree, Ron's "a keeper", as the fishermen say.
