Looks like Disney is moving along towards the opening for sales of the property by DVC. I was checking the Orange County Comptroller website on some waivers and deeds I recorded this week to add more family member names to my Mom's DVC deeds and I noticed that Disney filed their "Memorandum of Grand Lease" at with the Orange County Comptroller earlier this week along with numerous other documents.

Yes, for some reason, the discussions on the new resort floorplans and document is on the Mousecelaneous board instead of this one
