Anyone have a Google Sheets they can share that would lay out your resorts with points and deadlines that would then calculate what you have left and show you your next years points and stuff?

I started one and realized this could get as complex as a mental IT guy that loves spreadsheets will let it (adding and subtracting pts from balances, etc) Figured Id ask to see who else has done it

Here is my tracker for WDW points -

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve done a reconciliation and I need to update some points and trips on there. There is some automation as the points at the top look at the points totals via incoming via annual point allocations (top section) and transfers in and out of the year via banking and borrowing (middle section) and ultimately points used to make reservations in the Trips/Welcome Home section at the bottom. Non-negative values for allocations and transfers/banking in and negative values for spend/use or transfers out of the year.

I recommend tracking by contract as I’ve done here as it helps visualize how you will use the points at a contract level (assuming you may own more than one) and will help you make sure you don’t get points “stuck” and not used.

Hope this helps with some inspiration on how you might build something that works for you.

Sorry couldn’t resist hahah but do you think we could have access to a read only version so we can make a copy and do our own versions?

Haha I was posting from an iPad. Didn’t realize how bad the compression would be. Let me see if posting from a pc helps later in the day.

Edit - it works. I had it publish as an Excel file so it could download for anyone who likes that option. It's from Google Drive/Sheets so hopefully it's easy to get back into Sheets for those who prefer that option.

If anyone wants to give this a go.. just make a copy. Some of the cells have notes to help.
Basically enter your points in Column B, and do the first year with pts and such.
Then all you fill in is the Green columns and the Trigger column going forward.
