DVC Fincancing Approved !!! :)

Yeah! We received our letter today stating our financing with DVC was approved It was all so easy and our guide was wonderful! I cannot wait to vacation again to WDW as DVC owners. We bought "site un-seen" since we have never seen the villa's at any of the properties. We are doing the happy dance today!!! Thanks to all of you for answering our questions and guiding us through our DVC purchase

You will not be sorry !! We too ,bought sight unseen. We had never even seen the Boardwalk before buying there. I still remember the feeling when we got there for the first time - it was incredible. Congrats !!

We too, are new to DVC. We spend a part of each day dreaming & planning, it has really lightened up our lives.
DH has spent so much time working (earlier in our marriage, 2 full time jobs) mending our old house (225 yrs old!) & managing a 'side' business, that we have not had more than 2 days vacation since '96.
I look on it as an investment in our 'emotional' lives as well as an investment in DH's health!
Isn't it WONDERFUL!

I had a question.... How long did it take for you to hear back about your financing. We just sent our package back with all our documents and contract, when should we hear about whether or not we got approved? In the end we're going to pay it off with a home equity but not just yet.

Hi We heard back from DVC via "snail mail" about 7 days after we mailed our documents back. We were told it may take up to 2 weeks..
