DVC DVD "Best kept secret" -mistake

Okay, not that I'm greedy or anything - but they sent me 2 - one arrived at the weekend and one this afternoon - is it because we've got 2 contracts? lots of people have more than 2 contracts does that mean someone with one initial contract and 5 add ons will get 6 dvd's - or just because we purchased 2 contracts straight from disney - anyway if someone doesn't have one but would like one - let me know and I'll gladly send one to you

I prefer the queen bed and the regular shower and the addition of the sleeper sofa in teh master along with the one in the livingroom much more conveniant IMHO.

[SIZE=+0]In the resorts "Overview" clip, they keep showing pictures of studios and saying "1-bedroom". I think there were a few other small mistakes in that clip as well.
I found the music cutoff in each resort's menu to be quite annoying. You'd think they'd fade it out or something, instead it just loops and comes to a jarring end. Oh well. It was still fun to watch.[/SIZE]

Ours came Saturday, we watched it Sunday. I was bored, but it clicked somehow with DH, who Sunday night was talking about a trip to VB next spring in addition to our SSR trip next June. Maybe I need to let him watch it a few more times, so I can get him to agree to another trip or two.....

We were at MK and DTD and when we asked different CMs what was DVC, none of them knew for sure. Someone told us and a bunch of others that DVC cost over $100k to join!

Maybe DVC should tell the CM's what they are so that they promote the correct info.

That is too funny. Last year we ate lunch at Whispering Canyon before our tour. Our server asked what we had planned for the day so we told her we were taking the DVC tour. I was already well aware of DVC from my research a few years back. Well our server got this real serious look on her face and told us to hold onto our wallets because they will use every trick in the book to get you to join that day and the plan isn't really that good because it is not flexible and blah blah blah. She even recommended that we cancel the tour because we wouldn't want to deal with such a high pressure sales pitch on our vacation.

Maybe this was posted already but on the DVD they just sent out that we are supposed to share with a friend or family member to let them know about DVC there is a mistake in the BWV room layout....The 1BR layout shows basically the correct living room/kitchen part but it's attached to a studio---not a Master Bedroom with jacuzzi bath....somebody goofed!

Yes, I saw that mistake. If you don't like seeing mistakes, stay away from the DCL DVD. That is jam-packed with them. Also, the old WDW DVD constantly shows other rooms for the incorrect resort. That is so annoying!

I recently found out that I work with a former cast member and supposedly HUGE WDW fan. Well, when we got talking about our trips to WDW I said "DVC" and he said "HUH?" "What is DVC?"

This boggles my mind. How you could you WORK in WDW for years and be such a huge fan and not know what DVC is???!!!
