DVC Disney Collection Point Chart 2004

I cannot seem to access the "official" DVC website due to a problem with my password. I'm trying to find a point chart for 2004 for the Disney Collection. I'm interested in points necessary for Disneyland Hotel. Can someone point me to a point chart for this?
