DVC Dining Discounts 2017?

is there a full list of the restaurants that have a DVC Discount this year?

When I go into the perks section all I see is that there is supposedly a list that get 10% off but atleast when viewing on my phone - there is no list or link to the list?!

DH will be at Shades of Green this week for work so figured I would atleast make sure that he has the discount list!

that list at allears is wrong as the dvc discount page says all dvc members can get a discount at any disney owned table service except V&A

Unlike with TIW there are no blackout dates for the DVC / AP dining discounts, right?

DVC News just posted that the DVC Anniversary discounts have been extended through 12/23/2017. Although, this is still not reflected on the official member website.
