Probably until the day before if it is available.

Once you hit 8AM for your 11 month timeframe or 8AM for 7 month timeframe, you can book anytime.

Is there villas at grand Floridian for DVD members?

The Grand Floridian Villas opened about a year ago or so. It is a DVC resort, but until it is sold out, there should be vacancy for cash through Disney Reservation Center.
