DVC Booking questions?

Hi all, i have a couple of questions about booking DVC stays since im new to this:

#1 Will everyone in my party recieve magicbands when i book a stay (all 5 guests will be under one reservation) even though only two of us will have annual passes and three will need to purchase hopper tickets? Is it best to buy the other three hoppers through undercover tourist or disney, so that they still get magicbands?

#2 I would like to add on the dining plan to a visit with the same five people, will everyone in the party since we will be on one reservation need to purchase the dining plan or can it be added on for say just four out of five guests?

#1 Everyone in your party listed on your reservation will get Magic Bands.

#2 Everyone in your party listed on your reservation would need to get the dining plan, it's all or nothing I believe.
