What are they? Where do we get discounts? Sorry its been over 2 years since I"ve been and I forget all the good stuff!

There's a list on the Members' website and you will also get a list when you check in. If you don't have access to the Members' website, the list on All Ears Net is pretty good and it also includes the discounts associated with APs/PAPs:

Just a sampling, but we used our DVC discount this trip for 10% off dinner at Cape May Cafe, 10% off lunch at Rainforest Cafe (Animal Kingdom), 15% off merchandise at Rainforest Cafe, 10% off water mice at Yacht Club, and $4 off each admission to Typhoon Lagoon for 2 of our guests. I may be forgetting others, but we saved at least $75 by using it at these places. As CarolMN stated, you will get a list when you check in. Have fun!
