Dvc ap expire question

My AP, bought with the DVC discount, has an expire date of 12/8/13. Does that mean I can use it through the day of 12/8, or does that mean it has to be renewed on 12/8 to use it for that day?

I'm guessing it's good through midnight of it's expire date, I just need confirmation.

Valid until the last park/merchandise location closes on 12/8, it also takes into consideration evening EMH that run past midnight.
