Hi! I am having problems logging into the Passholder site using my DVC Exchange certificate. I believe that I have a type 2 certificate and I think that I am entering the number in correctly. However, I keep getting the following message:

You have entered an invalid ID number. Please re-enter a valid Pass or exchange certificate ID number in the designated spaces below.

Any ideas?

We have annual pass exchange cards, but they don't have a number on them. I was under the impression I had to wait until they were redeemed at one of the parks.

Is there either a line above the magnetic strip that starts NB xxxx or one acorss the bottom that starts NB xxx? If so that is the number that I am entering. The passholder website has an entry for them, but I just can't seem to log in.

You're right, there is a five digit code. Three letters and two numbers. It is the same number on both cards. I don't know if that means anything. I will try to enter mine and see what happens.

Okay that was just frustrating. I entered all that information above the magnetic strip in different combinations and it wouldn't take any of them. I have the type one and it was that last box that I couldn't determine what should be entered. I guess I'll just have to click the "contact" link. Sorry I couldn't help...

Thanks for trying, at least it isn't just me.

Are you using the exchange voucher or the annual pass you received when you presented the voucher at guest relations?

The last time I did an exchange it took about 1 week for the passholder site to accept the new numbers.

I am trying to use the exchange certificate/voucher. I won't convert it to an actual pass until May. The passholder's website has entries for them but I can't seem to log in. Of course, maybe it is just there to play with my mind. :rotfl2:

I am using the pass voucher card. I have not redeemed them yet. On the website it says "exchange certificate," so I thought it meant you could use the site prior to redemption.

You can. The problem is that they don't really make it clear that you don't always enter all the digits. We got a Type 2 certificate which prints the date, followed by the 3alpha/2digit code and finally an 8 digit transaction number. The problem was you only enter the last 4 digits of that last transaction codes to get access to the site.

:worship: :worship: Thank you for cracking the code for me!

Thanks for solving the problem! Now I can relax....:)
