DVC AP at DVC concierge or only at parks/DTD?

Hi. Can I buy a DVC AP at DVC concierge (SSR) desk or only at WDw parks and DTD? I was hoping to get my teens passes upon arrival at 5pm @ SSR, so they could go straight to the parks without me having to go over to the park as well the 1st night.

The Resorts can't do anything related to annual passes.

You have to visit either a Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations Location. There are Guest Relations Locations at all Theme Parks (inside & outside), Water Parks, TTC and Disney Springs.

You could walk to Disney Springs.
